Polenta - who knew!

The asparagus was an explosion of happiness.

The addition of the squeeze of lime on the lamb meatballs totally MADE that dish!!

I always like dishes that pair things together that you aren't expecting...I definitely loved the viva polenta--I have no idea what was in it though.

The flavor of the lamb was really divine, but the salmon had great flavor and showed pretty swag technique (I am intimidated by pastry!)

Wasabi dream was amazing!

Strawberries - that's what I'm talking about.

wasabi dream is a dream...totally my go-to appetizer now.

Normally, corn in salsa makes me go "ick", but this corn was very fresh and I quite liked it...the avocado made it my favorite, though. The zucchini carpaccio was a revelation. My family will be eating this often, therefore I hope Adam liked it.

I almost skipped the salsa because it was the most familiar-looking item, and who hasn't had a million salsas? But the combination of flavors, plus the perfect ripeness of the avocado, was a winner for me. Nicely done.

I was thinking about all kinds of ways I could use that coleslaw...so great!

I love power flavors, so the ginger and sesame in the slaw wasn't enough for me. However, it was beautiful and the texture was wonderful. The Asparagus-Pea Salad was extraordinary.

I actually didn't taste the Mac and Cheese, but I did waft it quite a bit...it smelled divine.

Satisfying and yummy. With a little practice, the Korean pork will really sing. It has the most potential, I think. More heat?

The cucumber vodka made the Pom Pamplemousse Punch so refreshing...definitely a new summer favorite!

Yumm! Come and be my bartender any day. You guys need to drink more of the jalapeno margarita. What the F am I going to do with 2 gallons of that?

This was so delicious that I almost poured a second right away (before tasting anything else). Lime and mint lifted it--the way a drink should taste. I loved the jalapeno martini too. A very close second! And the cucumber vodka was a great complement to the pamplemousse. More mango to the lassi?

Ricotta pound cake was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!

Liisa and Jamie-you rocked it!

the brownies were good but the presentation lacked....ahem...je ne sais quoi. the sinful strawberries need to come home with me

It was a toss up for the asparagus pea thing and the zucchini thing.

Jamie - You made mac and cheese sexy!

Great party!

sublime.
