I suspect this was supposed to be a dip and Liisa just turned it
into a salad to compete with the other salad. I think Liisa just phoned this

The basil in the risotto was of the hook. Salsa verde on the
wings was also amazing.

Rating cocktails is difficult when they are so good that you are
really drunk when you reach the kiosk. I will try, though. I tend toward savory
drinks, but that elderberry made me change my tune!

Cardamom sauce was incredibly unique...needed a little salt
perhaps to really make it sing. Sorbet on the strawberries was terrific.
